The insight gathered from the discovery phase allows smelling the challenge PEOPLE are facing and briefing what’s needed to improve their experience.
The second diamond is where we create, seeking inspiration from the amazing design and art history, co-design with PEOPLE to impact their sight with emotions.
The standard Double Diamond, uses a traditional problem to solution approach. Our digital world is much more complex as it involves people not only with solutions but above all with emotions.
Problems to be solved are experiences that need to generate positive emotions involving all the five human senses:
Listen to the need to understand the underlying experience.
Smell the challenge the problem poses.
Aimed to impact sight with emotions.
Make people touch newly designed solutions.
Taste the new experience.
